Overview: The OurGV
Offline Rewards Compensation Plan is an innovative program pioneering
a whole new way of compensation. The best analogy to understand how
the
business
operates is one of the Broker/Agent Relationship. We need to understand
there are two ways an Offline Merchant can generate BV's, and then
there is 4 Parts to the Offline Compensation Plan. Currently in order
to upgrade into the OurGV Offline Rewards Program an individual or
business must be a Premier Website Owner.
Offline Rewards Profit-Sharing (Item #800)
This works exactly the
same as the Online Profit-Sharing System. 10% of all Offline Rewards
BV's are put into the Profit-Sharing System. The website
status, productivity, and launch date determines how many BV's
there are to earn Profit-Sharing on and whether 5% (Premier Status),
10% (Coordinator Status), 15% (Director Status), or 25% (IMD Status)
will be paid.
Offline Broker Bonuses (Item #801)
Again working just like the Online Program,
this Upgrade kicks in all the applicable referral bonuses for any
website you have personally referred that becomes a part of the
Offline Rewards Program. Coordinator Status would earn 10% of the
total Offline BV's and a 10% Matching Bonus on the Revenue, Manager
Status would earn 20% of the total Offline BV's and a 15% Matching
Bonus on the Revenue, Supervisor Status would earn 20% of the total
Offline BV's and a 20% Matching Bonus on the Revenue, Director
Status would earn 20% of the total Offline BV's and a 25% Matching
Bonus on the Revenue.
Personal Store Bonuses & Offline Certification (Item #802)
Once again working just like the Online Program,
this Upgrade grants the ability to sign up Merchants, Stores, Businesses,
etc. into the Offline Rewards and/or Offline Merchant Program.
All applicable bonuses kick in immediately for the Offline Rewards
BV's, and the Offline Merchant BV's kick in upon the signing of
a 10th Merchant. Premier Status earn 15%, Coordinator Status earn
25%, and Manager Status & Above earn 30% of the total BV's generated
by any Personally Referred Stores, Merchants, etc. Attendance of
an Offline Certification & Leadership Training is MANDATORY before
any businesses may be pursued. Up to a total of THREE CONSECUTIVE
Offline Certification & Leadership Trainings may be attended as
part of the package. (Note: The Price only technically includes
ONE training, but as a special bonus right now, the next two Offline
Certifications may be attended at no additional cost)
Offline Deluxe Upgrade (Item #810 Combines all Three)
This Upgrade combines all three sources of
income and includes the all-important Offline Certification & Leadership
Training.
Special Merchant Offline BV Bonus
As noted above, BV's from any "Offline Merchant
Account" signups do not kick in until at least 10 Stores have been
signed up. Traditionally, huge and ongoing volume requirements
are instituted in order for Sales Reps to continue to be paid residual
income off of their accounts. In lieu of this OurGV merely has
the 10 Store Requirement. Keep in Mind this is ONLY for the switch
over of a Store, Business, Merchant, etc. Card Processing Systems
to OurGV's Partner Company. Once the 10th Store has been switched
over Whatever Income is generated from those Accounts to OurGV,
50% will be put into BV's. These BV's will be the Personal Volume
of the Referring OurGV Offline Certified Affiliate and as such
all applicable bonuses would apply dependent on the status of that
Affiliate.
100th STORE DOUBLE BONUS!!! Upon signing
up their 100th Store (need 100 active accounts) OurGV will DOUBLE
the income paid to the Referring Affiliate. Please Note this is
an Extra Special Bonus and as such Matching Bonuses etc. will not
be paid out on it.
EXAMPLE: For simplicity's sake, let's just
say the average Offline Merchant that signs up for our Card Processing
generates 10 BV 's. 100 Stores would then be generating 1000 BV's,
which would represent $300/mo. in income for a qualified Manager
Status OurGV Affiliate. Immediately up having a 100th Store, OurGV
would begin paying another $300 a month to the Referring Affiliate
as an EXTRA BONUS. This type of compensation is UNPRECEDENTED and
represents OurGV's commitment to providing a powerful income generator
to its Offline Rewards Affilaites.
(PLEASE NOTE: The actual BV's generated from each business signed
up will vary greatly. Some stores or businesses may generate far
more than in this example, some may generate less.)
Perhaps the most exciting part about this
program is that it represents TRUE RESIDUAL INCOME. As long as
the Merchants remain a part of our program, you will continue to
receive your BV's which will continue to earn you commissions and
bonuses. Full-Time Reps in this industry regularly sign up 40 to
50 stores a month with programs that far more expensive and inferior
in virtually every way.
