| The OurGV.com Business
is a performance-based business that rewards people in direct proportion
to their effort. The bigger the financial goal, the more time and
effort an OurGV Business Affiliate will need to put into his or her
business. With an OurGV.com Business, one can work as much or little
as he or she likes. The rewards are based directly on the individual's
accomplishments. Even though one can benefit from the OurGV Profit-Sharing
system, in most cases it will still require individual effort to
become successful.
To gain a basic understanding of how the program works, we must first
take into consideration there are Two types of Volume and Two Programs.
Those two types of volume are Shopping Volume and Business Tool/Service
Volume while the two programs are Online and Offline.
What happens is really quite amazing, OurGV.com negotiates
deals with stores, retailers, small businesses, etc. lets call these
deals our "Partnerships". Every "Partnership" has
its own % that is agreed to be paid to OurGV.com whenever
our purchases are made thru the OurGV Shopping Mall, or the OurGV
Offline Shopping Network. For the online program the numbers are
simpler than with the offline program. Here we will discuss the online
program, for more details on how the offline program works please see
the Offline Rewards Section.
For Example: Let's say we have
an agreement with a company, that they will pay us 10%. That means then,
that if someone were to spend $100 (not including
tax & shipping) at that store, that store would pay OurGV.com $10
(only if the purchase was made thru the OurGV Shopping Mall.
Now with our compensation plan, everything is based on what we call
BV's
(business
volume). So
in this
case there
would
be
10 BV's generated.
The Breakdown: Every BV that is
generated is broken down into a simple formula. At least 50% goes to
Rebates and/or Referral Bonuses and 10% goes into the OurGV Worldwide
Profit-Sharing
system.
So in the example above, there was 10 BV's generated, at least 50%
or $5 would be paid out in Rebates and/or Bonuses (actually more), how
much of that you
would
get, depends on your
website package, status, and relationship to the purchaser, and at least
10% (actually more) of the BV's in this case $1.00 would have profit
sharing paid on it.
SPECIAL NOTE: Website Package
Sales, Business Tools, Monthly Hosting, and Website Package Upgrades,
and A2Success Training Products & Services do not pay Cash Rebates,
instead those percentages are paid out as bonuses. Also, Non-Profit
BV's and Merchant BV's follow different rules than all other BV's.
